Nice Video, one thing, type 00 in flour is that same as german 405 flour, this number does not indicate how fine the flour is, but what the amount of minerals in it is. type 00 has roughly 405mg of minerals per 100g of flour :)

As someone who’s never watched Spongebob, I always assumed by the name, that a Krabby Patty, was a CRAB Patty………which now that I think about it, would be a little traumatising for a kids show about under sea animals lol. So it was a revelation to find out it’s a beef patty instead!🤷‍♀️ (logic aside anyway!😂🤷‍♀️👍🏻)

My favourite pastas would have to be both my little sisters lol- either “real” carbonara (ie - no cream) or her “white wine, chilli, garlic, and white fish (usually barramundi) finished with some butter and chopped parsley. And then I like to break the rules, and add Parmesan on top!🤷‍♀️👍🏻 it’s so good- light but filling!- perfect even in summer in Australia!

Funnily enough, my favourite sandwich is similar to Inga’s. It’s turkey cranberry sauce, avocado and Camembert or Brie cheese, plus alfalfa sprouts for a soft crunch. Usually on sourdough bread or a toasted panin/ciabatta bread. Because obviously most of the fillings are soft so a crunchy or chewier bread helps make it texturally more interesting and enjoyable🤷‍♀️👍🏻
